Virginia Division

Welcome to the Virginia Division of the Society of American Foresters! 

Forestry is the 3rd largest industry in Virginia next to Agriculture and Tourism, and it drives many facets of the economy, both directly and indirectly.  Our division has six (6) chapters that are very active, and we are here to help forestry professionals keep up with the fast-paced changes of the industry.  Key reasons to get involved include self-education, informed research from policy to forest products, and just good fellowship to foster being a part of family and friends.
