- Feb 8th, 2011 - Catawba Chapter Meeting, Jim Nicks BBQ. Brian heath with NCDFR spoke about current forest health issues in the region.
- Oct 7th, 2010 - Catawba/Old Hickory Joint Chapter Meeting, Bowater Park located at Lake Wylie - Little Allison Creek (access from Mt Gallant Road). Tim Adams with SCFC will present and update on Bio-energy developments in SC.

- Feb 20th, 2009 - Joint chapter meeting with the Old Hickory Chapter in SC. A tour of the Chester Wood Products plywood mill has been arranged. As many of you know this is one the major markets in our area for pine logs. Please take advantage of this rare opportunity.
